1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RedPicky platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedPicky is an influencer marketplace platform that connects brands with verified influencers for marketing collaborations. Our Service includes but is not limited to:

Influencer discovery and verification services
Campaign management tools
In-platform communication features
Secure payment processing
Analytics and reporting dashboards

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Influencer Verification

All influencers on RedPicky undergo a verification process. By applying for verification, you consent to our review of your social media accounts and agree to provide accurate information about your audience and engagement metrics. Providing false information may result in permanent removal from the platform.

5. Brand Obligations

Brands using RedPicky agree to:

Provide clear and accurate campaign briefs
Make timely payments for completed work
Respect intellectual property rights of creators
Comply with advertising disclosure requirements
Not engage in discriminatory practices

6. Payments and Fees

RedPicky facilitates payments between brands and influencers. All payments are processed securely through our platform. Funds are held in escrow until campaign deliverables are approved by the brand.

RedPicky charges a platform fee for its services. Current fee structures are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time with prior notice to users.

7. Content Guidelines

Users must not post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains false or misleading information
Violates advertising standards and regulations
Promotes discrimination or hate speech

8. Limitation of Liability

RedPicky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RedPicky in the past twelve months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
