Terms of Service

RedPicky is run by Eduvitech India Private Limited (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using RedPicky you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

RedPicky is a marketplace where brands and creators find each other and agree collaborations. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any deal made on it. Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 we act as an intermediary for the content users post.

• You must be 18 or older. Creators give their date of birth at signup and brands confirm they are 18 or older, and we delete accounts that belong to someone younger.
• You must give accurate information about yourself and keep it up to date.
• If you sign up as a brand, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.
• One person or business per account. You may not use another person's identity or account.

• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Creators confirm they own, or are authorised to manage, every social media account they list on RedPicky.
• Follower counts and rates you enter must be honest. Inflated or fake figures can lead to removal from RedPicky.

RedPicky is free for brands and creators. We charge no fees and take no commission.

RedPicky records the fee or product agreed for a collaboration, but it does not collect, hold, process or guarantee any payment or product delivery. Brands pay creators, or send the agreed product, directly. Check the other person and any payment details yourself before you pay or ship anything.

Each of you is responsible for your own invoices, receipts, taxes (including GST and TDS where they apply) and refunds.

Verification is optional. When a creator asks, an administrator checks that a code we give appears in the account's bio and that the insight screenshots match, and then shows a Verified badge with the follower count they confirmed. The badge means the account was checked at that time; it is removed if the handle or follower count changes. Figures without a badge are self-reported. Verification is not a guarantee of anyone's performance or conduct.

When a creator connects a YouTube channel, RedPicky uses YouTube API Services to read that channel's numbers. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle this data is in our Privacy Policy.

• Publish honest, clear campaign briefs.
• Pay the agreed fee, or send the agreed product, on time.
• Use creators' content only as agreed in the collaboration's terms.
• Never ask a creator to hide that a post is an advertisement.
• Not discriminate against creators on grounds the law protects.

• Deliver the agreed content, on time, as described in the collaboration's terms.
• Submit only work you created and have the right to license.
• Label every paid or sponsored post clearly, as the next section explains.

Every post made for a brand, whether paid in money or with free products, must be clearly labelled as advertising, as the Advertising Standards Council of India's Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media require: for example #ad, #collab or #sponsored, placed where people see it before the rest of the post. Creators are responsible for labelling their posts, and brands must not ask them not to.

• Creators keep ownership of the content they make. How a brand may use it, where and for how long, is what the two of you agree in the collaboration's terms.
• You give us permission to store, copy and display the content you upload, only to run RedPicky: to show it to the people it is shared with, and, for portfolio pieces you make public and we approve, on your public pages. This ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies the other side of a finished deal already holds.
• You confirm that what you upload doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You must not post or send anything that:

• is illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or promotes hatred or violence;
• infringes someone's intellectual property or privacy, or shares another person's personal data without their permission;
• is false or misleading, including fake follower or engagement figures;
• breaks advertising rules, or is spam, a scam or an attempt to take payment for access to RedPicky.

• You can report a profile, campaign or collaboration, or raise an issue on a collaboration. Our administrators review every report.
• We may hide content, profiles or campaigns, or suspend or close accounts, that break these terms or the law. We tell you what we did and why, unless the law stops us.
• If you think a decision about you was wrong, write to our Grievance Officer. You can also ask for a hidden profile to be reviewed from your dashboard.
• A disagreement about a deal is between the brand and the creator. We may help you sort it out, but we don't decide it and are not responsible for either side's performance.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Your data, once no negotiation, collaboration or live campaign is open. What is deleted and what stays with the other side of finished deals is explained in our Privacy Policy.

RedPicky is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we don't check every profile, campaign or piece of content.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or business, or for anything another user does, including whether a deal is paid or delivered. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or to protect other users, and we tell you why unless the law stops us. You may stop using RedPicky and delete your account whenever you like.

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and ask you to read and accept the new version the next time you sign in. Where we can, we give notice before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
