RedPicky has a Grievance Officer, as the Information Technology Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 require, to handle complaints about content, our decisions and your personal data.

2. What you can raise
- Content on RedPicky that you believe is unlawful, infringes your rights, or breaks our Terms of Service.
- A decision we made about your account, profile, campaign or content, such as hiding or removing it.
- How we handle your personal data, or a request under the DPDP Act that we have not answered properly.
3. How to write to us
Email grievance@redpicky.com with:
- your name and the email address of your RedPicky account, if you have one;
- what the complaint is about, with a link to the profile, campaign or content where there is one;
- what you would like us to do.
Signed in, you can also use the Report button on a profile, campaign or collaboration. Anyone can use the contact form. Privacy requests you can do yourself, such as downloading or deleting your data, are in Settings → Your data.
4. When you will hear back
- We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
- We resolve it and tell you what we decided within 15 days.
- Content that shows a person's private body without consent, or impersonates someone, is dealt with within 24 hours of the complaint.
5. If you are not satisfied
- About content or a moderation decision: you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee set up by the Government of India under the Information Technology Rules, 2021, within 30 days of our decision.
- About your personal data: you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once you have used this grievance process. See our Privacy Policy.
